Lifestyle Newborn Photography focuses on capturing authentic moments and interactions within a comfortable environment, which in this case is my private studio. The goal is to document your family's new journey with your newborn in a relaxed and natural way, highlighting the love and connection you share.

The best time for a lifestyle newborn session in is within the first two weeks after your baby's birth. During this time, babies are typically more sleepy and flexible, making it easier to capture those intimate moments. However, you can also have a beautiful session with your baby up to 3-6 months old! They will be more alert & playful at this age. It all depends on the look you desire for your images.

Comfort is essential! Soft, neutral colors work beautifully for lifestyle sessions and help keep the focus on your family. I recommend coordinating outfits without being overly matchy. Additionally, I have a selection of beautiful dresses in my client closet for moms to choose from, making it easier to find the perfect outfit for the session. I can provide styling tips and suggestions if needed!

My private studio is designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere that is specifically tailored for newborn sessions. It features soft natural light, cozy props, and comfortable seating, allowing you and your family to feel at ease while we capture beautiful moments together. All sessions are scheduled in the morning because that is the best time for natural lighting in my studio.

You can expect a relaxed, enjoyable experience in my studio. We will engage in natural activities—such as cuddling, feeding, and playing—while I capture candid moments. I’ll guide you through the process to ensure you feel comfortable and that every important moment is documented.

I recommend bringing any personal items you’d like to include, such as special blankets, toys, or outfits. I also provide various props and backdrops in the studio. If you have specific requests or themes in mind, please let me know in advance!

The full gallery will typically be ready within 2-4 weeks, depending on my current workload and the season.

Photos are delivered through a secure online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your images. You receive 15 download credits with this special package. You can download the full gallery for an additional $150 if you choose to. With this special package, you also get a $20 credit to use towards high-quality prints and albums that can be ordered directly from the gallery, should you wish to create tangible memories.

09. Can siblings join the session?

Yes! Siblings are absolutely welcome, and including them can create beautiful family dynamics in the photos.
